I’m Abhishek, a software engineer based in India. My work sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security.

I started with a fascination for cybersecurity and moved into building robust, highly available infrastructure. At Physics Wallah and Urban Company, that has meant Kubernetes migrations, deployment pipelines, application security, and making cloud infrastructure more efficient.

I care about automation, cost optimization, and putting security into the everyday work of shipping software. This site is also a place for occasional notes, ideas, and things I’m learning.

Led Kubernetes migration and upgrades from 1.25 to 1.30 without downtime.
Built messaging infrastructure using MQTT and EMQX.
Reduced deployment times from 45 to 8 minutes with Jenkins, Kubernetes, ECR, ArgoCD, and Helm.
Saved over $800k through VPC endpoint optimization, workload right-sizing, and ARM migration.
Designed a VPN solution for 8,000 users.

Urban Company

Software Engineer

Built an application security pipeline with secrets detection, SCA, SAST, SonarQube, and container scanning.
Automated time-based database access controls.
Re-architected HashiCorp Vault for high availability.
Migrated SSL on 100+ production servers without downtime.
Managed the public bug bounty program, reducing average response time to two hours.
